ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in July 2025 and currently have a team of three dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years in home lending, including time as a manager with JP Morgan Chase. About four years ago, I made the transition into the insurance world and quickly discovered that the independence, entrepreneurship, and opportunity for impact that come with agency ownership were exactly what I was looking for.
I grew up in Howard and Montgomery County, and I’m proud to serve the same community that helped shape me. Outside the office, I coach my son’s soccer team and stay connected through affiliations with Howard Community College and various local organizations. Each year, our agency participates in charity work supporting local religious centers and community initiatives.
I offer my team 15 days of PTO annually, a health stipend, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a $500 bonus for each license obtained before your start date. Our office culture is family-oriented yet performance-driven — everyone supports each other while maintaining a strong commitment to results.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Hasan Jamil - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
