ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in July 2025 and currently have a team of three dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years in home lending, including time as a manager with JP Morgan Chase. About four years ago, I made the transition into the insurance world and quickly discovered that the independence, entrepreneurship, and opportunity for impact that come with agency ownership were exactly what I was looking for.
I grew up in Howard and Montgomery County, and I’m proud to serve the same community that helped shape me. Outside the office, I coach my son’s soccer team and stay connected through affiliations with Howard Community College and various local organizations. Each year, our agency participates in charity work supporting local religious centers and community initiatives.
I offer my team 15 days of PTO annually, a health stipend, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a $500 bonus for each license obtained before your start date. Our office culture is family-oriented yet performance-driven — everyone supports each other while maintaining a strong commitment to results.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
